Introduction Of The Machine
An artistic straw bending machine is designed to transform straight drinking straws into flexible, creatively bent straws. These machines produce “magic straws” or “artistic straws” with a high number of teeth, usually between 58 and 60, allowing for unique designs.
The entire set of equipment is a fully cam-timed mechanism system. It features efficient, stable, and reliable mechanical performance. The equipment mainly consists of eight major parts: the straw hopper, feeding device, main drum, main rotary disk, forming manipulator, conveying device, transmission system, and control console
The machine feeds straight straws into a drum, clamps them with mechanical hands, and rotates them through rotary dies for a precise effect. The straws are then compressed to form the flexible shape with the desired number of teeth.
These machines efficiently produce high-quality artistic straws popular for cocktails, party decorations, and crafts requiring flexibility.

How It Works

- Loading: Straight straws are placed in the hopper at the top of the machine.
- Feeding: The feeding mechanism pulls straws from the hopper, sending them one by one into the main drum.
- Bending: As the main drum rotates, the straws are clamped by mechanical arms and pass through the forming rollers. This process applies a die-pressed effect, bending the straws into flexible shapes.
- Shaping: The straws are shaped into various artistic forms, often featuring a higher number of teeth (typically 58 to 60) which allows for greater flexibility.
- Output: The finished flexible straws are automatically ejected from the machine and collected for packaging.
