The whole machine is fully automatic from straight straws to finished product bent straws, only need the worker to add the straight straw. The straight straws supplied in the hopper at the top of the machine, are fed one by one into the main drum of the machine and clamped by two mechanical hands. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary dies to receive die-pressed effect, is then compressed with two mechanical hands to form flexible. then output the finished products automatically.

The straight straws are added from the hopper in the upper part of the bending machine, and are clamped by two sets of manipulators and fed back, one by one, to the main rotary disc of the machine.
