An artistic straw bending machine is designed to transform straight drinking straws into flexible, creatively bent straws. These machines produce “magic straws” or “artistic straws” with a high number of teeth, usually between 58 and 60, allowing for unique designs.

The equipment mainly consists of eight major parts: the straw hopper, feeding device, main drum, main rotary disk, forming manipulator, conveying device, transmission system, and control console
The machine feeds straight straws into a drum, clamps them with mechanical hands, and rotates them through rotary dies for a precise effect. The straws are then compressed to form the flexible shape with the desired number of teeth.
