Order Processing Procedures
Understand how we can finish the whole process step by step
At the first stage, our two parties will discuss the details of the machines, customer requirements, payment method, shipping and packing ,make sure everything is clear.
Once the details of the cooperation have been confirmed, a contract will be signed by both of us, or the seller will provide the buyer with a pro forma invoice, making sure that every detail during the discussion is written down on paper!
Upon receipt of the down payment, the seller will start preparing the different parts to ensure that the machine will be assembled and delivered on schedule. Usually it takes about 20-25 days to prepare the materials.
Once all the materials are ready, our team will start the assembly of the machine, which usually takes 3-5 days.
Once the machine is assembled, our team will start testing the machine to make sure that it is assembled in accordance with our SOP’s. Testing is usually completed in 1 to 2 days.
Once the machine testing is complete, we will share the video with the customer. After obtaining the balance, our team will start packing and booking the shipping space to ship the machine as planned.
