Introduction Of The Machine
This flexible straw making machine, also called straw bending machine, This machine is used to bend the straight drinking straws to flexible drinking straws. The whole machine is fully automatic from straight straws to finished product bent straws, only need the worker to add the straight straw. The straight straws supplied in the hopper at the top of the machine, are fed one by one into the main drum of the machine and clamped by two mechanical hands. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary dies to receive die-pressed effect, is then compressed with two mechanical hands to form flexible. then output the finished products automatically.

The straight straws are added from the hopper in the upper part of the bending machine, and are clamped by two sets of manipulators and fed back, one by one, to the main rotary disc of the machine.
The rotation of the main rotary disc causes the straws to pass through two rotating press wheels to form an indentation in the straws.
The straws are then compressed by two manipulators to create a folded and contracted indentation, and the finished product is automatically transported out of the machine.
