Introduction Of The I shape TetraPak Straw PackingMachine
The I Shape Tetrapak Straw Packing Machine is a specialized, high-speed equipment designed for packaging straight (I-shaped) drinking straws for Tetrapak beverage containers.
It automatically packs paper or plastic straws into BOPP film with fixed spacing, using a four-side sealing technique to ensure secure packaging. Capable of packing 600-700 straws per minute, it supports straws with an inner diameter of 3.0-8.0mm and lengths of 120-220mm, with custom options available.
The machine utilizes roll-shaped BOPP film (15μ-22μ thickness) and features a user-friendly interface with variable packing speeds, an automatic stop function for faults, and an automatic counting system with an alarm.
Measuring 2100 × 900 × 1600mm and weighing 650kg, it operates with a 0.75kW motor controlled by a frequency converter.
This machine significantly enhances efficiency in beverage packaging operations compared to manual methods.
